Motlalerain Youth Development Academy was established in 2022 February 1... The Founder of the Academy/ Organization Is Mr Itumeleng Gladwin Beng. Motlalerain Youth Development Academy is an established organisation registered as Non Profit Company under companies Act 71 of 2008.

The strategic objectives of the organisation among others are as follows: NB Assist learners with extra classes from grade. Providing an environment in which young people can meet to get involved in different artistic activities. Enable young people to train for and compete in competitive events, Organizing social events to benefit the Youth Academy and encourage an atmosphere in which young people of similar ideas and interest can meet to discuss any aspect of Art. Helping young people to improve their skills.

The organization’s main objective are to:
Assist school learners with Homework from all grades
Helping young people to achieve their goals
Helping young people to improve their skills
Establish and maintain stakeholder relations with local schools
Expose young people to various artistic activities and encourage participation
Ensure safety in the community by clearing criminal activities
Enhance talent search and development by sourcing sponsorships
Enable young people to train for and compete in competitive events.
